For the love of great gin: Our London Dry Range

London Dry Classic – our multi award-winning gin is our signature spirit and used as a base for all of our flavoured gins and gin liqueurs. Distilled with native plants and botanicals, it is a modern London Dry Gin imbued with its Scottish roots.

Seaside – a distinctive gin created in collaboration with Heriot-Watt University’s Brewing and Distilling Masters students inspired by the east coast shoreline near Edinburgh.

1670 – a gin that celebrates the relationship between botany and gin distilling made in partnership with Royal Botanic Garden Edinburgh.

Intriguing range of natural flavours: Full-Strength Flavoured Gins

We have taken a considered and sophisticated approach when it comes to full strength flavoured gin, combing our Classic London Dry with premium flavour pairings. We set out to only ever use the finest natural flavours, in intriguing combinations, that strike a harmony of contrast and balance with the juniper-forward profile of our classic gin.

In 2019, we brought our much-loved and original flavour profile of Rhubarb & Ginger to the full-strength category, earning it an IWSC Gold Award.

Gooseberry & Elderflower – a deliciously refreshing and aromatic gin that is perfect for Spring and Summer tipples.

Lemon & Jasmine – this gin plays the bright zesty pop of lemon against the heady sweet scent of Jasmine, creating distinctive, yet complementary pairing.

Bramble & Honey – a naturally decadent combination of dark fruit and silky honey. We post-infuse Edinburgh Gin Classic with brambles and honey, resulting in a tantalisingly rich gin.

We remain the UK and World number one gin liqueur brand in a market that is worth over £88 million in the UK**.

Edinburgh Gin liqueurs are extremely versatile, offering a range of ways to enjoy them – as traditional mixed serves, in cocktails, or served with sparkling wine. With an ABV of just 20%, gin liqueurs also tap into consumer demand for lower ABV serves, especially when combined with Edinburgh Gin’s range of spritz serves.

Widely available flavours include Rhubarb & Ginger, Raspberry, Elderflower, and Plum & Vanilla. We also provide premium seasonal offerings in line with trends, such as Mulled Gin and Orange Blossom & Mandarin.

On the go: Our Ready To Drink Range

Our ready to drink range is the number 1 premium gin brand RTD range in the UK*

Shortly after launching in 2018, Edinburgh Gin & Tonic RTD won Gold at the International Spirits Challenge 2018, while Edinburgh Gin Rhubarb & Ginger with Ginger Ale RTD picked up Gold in The Grocer Drink Awards 2018, the same year it launched.

In May 2020, we introduced a third RTD to the range, Raspberry Gin Fizz, which is based on the ever-popular Raspberry Liqueur Gin Fizz cocktail. We took a sparkling wine and infused it with its Raspberry Liqueur to create a beautifully sweet and easy to drink cocktail in a can, perfect for celebrations wherever you are!

Investing in the future

As the gin category continues to grow, Edinburgh Gin is showing no signs that it is slowing down, with the brand investing heavily in its future. 

Work has begun on our new multi-million-pound distillery and visitor centre in the heart of its home city, due to be completed in 2021. The new development is the biggest single investment in Edinburgh Gin’s history; and is coupled with ongoing investment in the brand to raise awareness and assist shoppers in their exploration of the gin category.
