The full line-up of Dry January partners has been announced by Alcohol Change UK.

This comes at the same time as 17.5 million people plan to take a month off alcohol this month, according to the charity.

For the fifth-year running, Lucky Saint has been named the official beer of Dry January. At the same time, Chance Clean Cider has been made an official partner.

Counter Culture Drinks has been announced as the official kombucha, and DASH has returned as the soft drink of the challenge.

New for 2026, Belvoir Farm has joined the Dry January challenge as mocktail partner. Meanwhile, non-alcoholic drinks brand Nekta has been named an official supporter, alongside football club QPR and experience marketplace ClassBento.

As in previous years, the Try Dry app is available for free download. It allows users to track their alcohol-free streak, energy levels and mood.

Alcohol Change UK has claimed that use of the app and engagement with daily emails results in double the challenge completion rate compared to trying it alone.

Dr Richard Piper, CEO at Alcohol Change UK, said: “The Dry January challenge is an actionable step we can all take in the New Year that delivers big results.

“Every year, people tell us that taking a month off drinking using Alcohol Change UK’s free tools gives them a real boost – from more cash in their pocket and fresh energy to better sleep, fitness gains and a sense of renewed control over their relationship with alcohol that lasts well beyond January.”

Public health minister, Ashley Dalston, also spoke out in support of the challenge. “As we work to build a healthier nation through our 10 Year Health Plan, initiatives like the Dry January challenge remind us that prevention starts with the choices we make every day, and the evidence shows it can lead to lasting changes,” Dalston said.
