Community Alcohol Partnerships has named Derek Lewis, former chair of the Drinkaware Trust, as its new chair. CAP brings together retailers, licensees, trading standards, police, health services, education providers and other stakeholders to tackle under-age drinking in more than 60 communities around the country.
