The Specialist Importers Trade Tasting (SITT) has announced a series of new masterclasses for its spring event.
In London only, Matt Walls will be hosting a Châteauneuf-du-Pape: Myth Busting masterclass. In it, Walls will explore the current styles and trends from the region.
Wines from Domaine 3 Cellier, Domaine Giraud, Domaine Barroche, Domaine Père de l’Église and Domaine Clef de St Thomas will be showcased.
Additionally, in both Manchester and London, SITT will be hosting a masterclass on Rodney Strong Vineyards.
This follows the news that Cellar Wines has begun importing and distributing Rodney Strong across the on- and off-trade.
Elsewhere, the event will continue to showcase a selection of premium wine and spirits, giving attendees a chance to discover new products, meet importers and connect with peers.
Samantha Halliday, commercial director at Agile Media, said: “We’re thrilled to welcome both returning and new exhibitors to SITT spring.
“The event is all about connecting the trade with outstanding independent wines, and this year’s lineup promises a fantastic mix of importers, producers and opportunities.”
SITT spring will be held in Manchester on 23 February at etc.venues and in London on 25 February at Lindley Hall. Trade professionals can register for the event and masterclasses online.
