Retail sales for Coca-Cola, Diet Coke and Coke Zero have smashed the £1 billion barrier for the first time, according to brand owner Coca-Cola Enterprises. Nielsen figures for the year to December 26 show value sales grew 4.7% to £1.01 billion across the three brands in the My Coke portfolio.
