Taste Champagne postponed until June

Taste Champagne has been postponed due to the threat of coronavirus.

Organisers Tyson Stelzer and Jody Rolfe said in a statement that the London-based event is being postponed from March 25 until June 24, 2020.

In a statement, Stelzer said: “We have been greatly distressed by the escalation of COVID-19 across Europe, the lockdown in Italy and the pending potential of social distancing measures in the UK.

“The health and wellbeing of our guests, exhibitors and staff is of course always our highest priority.

“We have therefore made the difficult decision to postpone Taste Champagne London to 24 June 2020.

“The full programme including all masterclasses will proceed unchanged on this date.

“There is no need to existing ticket holders to register again, simply download your updated ticket from the link in your original ticket notice email.

“Trade passes and public tickets are available for our new date via tastechampagne.events/London-public/

“We are delighted to have 304 cubes from 57 houses to showcase for you on 24 June!”

The event will take place at the Royal Horticultural Halls in London.
