Morrisons has announced a partnership with TV presenter and wine expert Olly Smith ahead of Christmas. 

In advance of the festive season, Smith will put together a selection of wines paired with Morrisons’ food range in a series named Olly’s Wines of Christmas. 

The pairings will be available both in-store and online from 20 October, alongside Smith’s new book Wine: Everything You Need to Know. The partnership will also be promoted on the supermarket’s social media channels. 

Smith is a well-known figure in the wine and consumer world, recognised for his regular role on Saturday Kitchen and his podcast A Glass With. 

On partnering with Morrisons, Smith said: “I’m thrilled to be joining the Morrisons family this Christmas, and to share my passion for its exceptional wines for festive celebrations. This season is all about bringing people together, and nothing sets the scene quite like the perfect bottle alongside a Christmas feast. From sparkling celebrations to cosy evenings in, I can’t wait to help Morrisons customers discover new favourites that’ll ensure every glass is one to remember.”
