Mor Gin has landed in the UK market following a successful launch in its home market.

The Irish brand, which is made in Tullamore, Co Offaly, is described as a “new styled gin with old school traditions”.

The brand has two variants, Mor Wild Berry Gin, which infuses raspberries, blackberries and cranberries with the four base botanicals; and Mor Pineapple Gin, which is “a truly unique and colourful gin”, and it is created by adding four additional botanicals – Persian lime, lemongrass, bergamot orange and pineapple.

Eoin Bara, founder, said: “We have had such a great reaction since Mor launched in Ireland in late 2016. Following fantastic growth there our ambitions are now to expand into new markets. We are excited to be working with Brand Central in the UK.”

The packaging is a nod to Tullamore’s industrial past and the label is designed to pay respect to the canal that transported whiskey up and down the country, and onwards around the world. Tullamore has a long history of whiskey making and Mor’s head distiller is a third generation distiller.

Mor is available to buy through Matthew Clark, Speciality Drinks, Chalie Richards and online through Masters of Malt.
