Vins du Médoc is hosting two trade masterclasses to educate retailers about the world-famous region next month.

Tutor Nina Cerullo will host the first session in London on November 5 and then Laura Clay will host the second in Manchester on November 26.

These sessions are designed to educate people about the variety of styles the region produces. Each will include eight wines, including some Grands Crus Classés.

Carole Vidal, director of the Conseil des Vins de Médoc, said: “Whilst the Médoc region is one of the most famous in Bordeaux, many trade and consumers are not familiar with the diversity of wines coming from its appellations.

“These interactive sessions will provide the perfect platform to teach the trade about the different appellations, showcase this diversity of wines available from the Médoc and demonstrate why more Médoc wines should feature on shop shelves and wine lists.”
The Conseil des Vins du Médoc promotes the wines from Médoc region: Médoc, Haut-Médoc, Margaux, Listrac, Moulis, Saint-Julien, Saint-Estèphe and Pauillac.
