LBW Drinks Ltd, the producer that markets under the Lyme Bay Winery brand, has announced Wolfgang Sieg-Hogg as its new MD, taking over from James Lambert, who is set to leave later this month.
Sieg-Hogg first joined Lyme Bay Winery in 2018 as operations manager, before being promoted to operations director and a member of the board in 2024.
He comes to the MD role with over two decades of experience in food manufacturing and distribution, according to LBW, having previously worked at British brands including Dorset Cereals and Rowse Honey.
In his new position, Sieg-Hogg will hold responsibility for the day-to-day leadership of operations, sales and marketing and administration.
Sieg-Hogg said: “It is a privilege to lead Lyme Bay Winery and continue the work that James Lambert has built over the past 18 years.
“I’ve had the opportunity to work with an incredible team that is deeply committed to quality and craftsmanship. We are proud to delight our loyal customers and also create innovative new drinks that appeal to different generations, all while using our resources responsibly to protect the future.”
K. M. Ball, chairman of LBW Drinks, added: “Wolfgang has demonstrated strong leadership, deep industry knowledge and a clear commitment to our people and products. The board is confident that under his direction, the business will continue to thrive, with a focus on quality, innovation and sustainable growth.”
