Gordon’s is launching a Sicilian Lemon variant to add to its collection of gins.
Sicilian Lemon offers a Mediterranean twist on the original recipe from Alexander Gordon, according to the producer. It is made using “the finest juicy” Sicilian lemons, and it boasts 100% natural flavours.
The newcomer is said to be “perfectly placed” to follow in the footsteps of Gordon’s Premium Pink Distilled Gin, which has gone from strength to strength since its launch in 2017, according to brand owner Diageo.
Henrietta Reed, senior brand manager, Gordon’s, said: “As consumers become more adventurous with their drinks choices and want to explore new flavours, there is an ever-increasing appetite for different styles of gin. We have spent a long time crafting Gordon’s Sicialian Lemon to ensure we deliver the perfect balance of flavours. The result is an outstandingly zesty gin which delivers a zesty twist for consumers seeking new ways to enjoy their favourite G&T.

Gordon’s Sicilian Lemon joins others in the Gordon’s collection including Sloe Gin, With a Spot of Elderflower, a raft of RTD formats and Ultra Low Alcohol Gin & Tonic Flavoured Drinks. There are more flavour innovations anticipated to roll out this year.
The lemon variant is available in key wholesalers now and for pre-order on Amazon. It will be available in all major grocers from March 10.
