UK drinks marketplace Eebria has unveiled a new brand identity and redesigned trade platform as the business enters its next phase of growth, backed by continued investment from parent company Beer52.
The relaunch follows a significant period of development for Eebria, with investment across its technology, commercial proposition and team designed to strengthen the platform as a national route to market for independent drinks producers.
As part of the next stage of the business, Elliot Fisher has been appointed managing director of Eebria, alongside his wider role as chief revenue officer at Beer52. Fisher has worked closely with the Eebria team since the business was acquired by Beer52 in 2024.
The appointment further strengthens the relationship between the two businesses and creates closer alignment between Beer52’s consumer reach and Eebria’s growing network of trade buyers and drinks producers.
Founded as an online marketplace connecting independent producers directly with the licensed trade, Eebria enables retailers, pubs, bars, and restaurants across the UK to source products from hundreds of breweries, distilleries, wineries, cider makers and other drinks producers through a single platform.
The redesigned Eebria platform brings a new visual identity alongside a significantly improved buying experience, making it easier for trade customers to discover producers, browse thousands of products and manage purchasing across multiple suppliers.
The investment also reflects a broader ambition for Eebria to become an increasingly important national sales channel for drinks producers, providing access to independent operators alongside some of the UK’s largest hospitality groups.
Elliot Fisher, managing director of Eebria, said:“Eebria is a fantastic business with a genuinely valuable role to play in the UK drinks industry. It gives producers a route to thousands of trade customers without many of the traditional barriers associated with national distribution, while giving operators access to an incredible breadth of products in one place.
“We’ve invested significantly in the platform, the brand and the team because we believe there is a much bigger opportunity ahead of us. The new website is the most visible part of that investment, but behind it we’re building a stronger commercial business and developing much closer partnerships with both producers and customers.
“My focus is now on building on those foundations and making Eebria an increasingly important route to market for drinks producers across the UK. That means growing our network of trade customers, developing deeper partnerships with producers and using the wider reach of Beer52 to create opportunities that neither business could deliver in isolation.
“And this is just the beginning. The new platform gives us the foundations for some significant new functionality that we’ll be bringing to producers and trade customers over the coming months — there is much more to come.”
The relaunch comes as Eebria expands its approach to working with producers beyond simply listing products on its marketplace.
The business is increasingly developing structured growth partnerships with producers, combining trade distribution with marketing activity, new customer acquisition and access to opportunities across the wider Beer52 business.
Jordan Wallace, head of business development at Eebria, said: “The ambition is to make Eebria much more than somewhere producers list their products and wait for orders to arrive.
“We’re increasingly sitting down with producers and asking what growth looks like for them, which customers they want to reach and what we can do together to make that happen.
“The new brand and platform better reflect the business we’re becoming. There’s a huge opportunity to make Eebria one of the most effective ways for ambitious drinks producers to build a genuinely national trade presence.”
Beer52 acquired Eebria in 2024 and has continued to invest in the marketplace while maintaining Eebria as a dedicated B2B platform.
The relationship gives producers the potential to access both sides of the market, with Eebria providing a route into the licensed trade and Beer52 providing access to one of the UK’s largest communities of engaged drinks consumers.
The relaunch forms part of a wider programme of investment planned for Eebria, with significant new platform functionality, deeper producer partnerships and continued trade customer acquisition expected over the coming year.
