Drinks Retailing is set to host a panel discussion at London Wine Fair 2023 to talk latest trends.
Commencing at 11.30am on Monday May 15, ‘What are the big trends in drinks retailing?’ will explore everything from alternative packaging to mindful drinking, with tips on how the industry can stay ahead of the game.
The panel discussion, which will take place on the fair’s Centre Stage, will be hosted by Drinks Retailing editor Lucy Britner. She will be joined by four industry experts: YesMore agency co-founder Tom Harvey, Marks & Spencer’s head of trading for BWS Andrew Shaw, Vineyards wine shop owner Hannah Wilkins and Laurence Brown from Kam Research and Insights.
Lucy Britner said: “We are looking forward to welcoming experts from both big and smaller retailers, as well as marketing and insights experts. We will be looking at the big trends affecting consumers and their drinking habits, and discussing how retailers can keep ahead of the game.”
Elsewhere, this year’s LWF is set to have a strong sustainability focus, with 10 sessions covering various aspects of sustainability in wine. Also on Monday, our sister title, Harpers Wine & Spirit, will be announcing the results of this year’s 30 Under 30 list, which highlights up-and-coming names in the hospitality and drinks retailing industry.
London Wine Fair 2023 will take place at London Olympia from May 15 – 17.
