Illva Saronno, best know for its Disaronno and Tia Maria brands, has announced plans to launch a UK subsidiary, Disaronno International UK.
The new subsidiary will host a series of new innovations, which it will be bringing to the UK market in 2020 and 2021.
Neil Jardine, currently country director, has been promoted to managing director of Disaronno International UK.
From January 2021 the new subsidiary will be fully responsible for the distribution, sales and marketing of Illva Saronno brands in the UK. The launch will see the mutual end of the 20-year partnership between Illva Saronno and William Grant & Sons UK as of December 2020.
Jardine, said: “We have been in partnership with William Grant & Sons UK for over 20 years.
