Diageo has upgraded its online support platform to include resources for independent retailers.

Diageo One, which was previously only available to the on-trade, now includes advice, insights and tools for the off-trade.

The website and app has been revamped following focus groups and interviews with around 1,000 indies and on-trade operators to “identify business needs, challenges and ambitions”.

The platform offers direct support as well as marketing tools, training materials and category trends.
