Following its acquisition agreement for UK brand Old Speckled Hen, Damm has reported positive financial results, with 30% of its business now coming from international operations.
According to the latest figures, the Spanish company ended 2025 with revenue of €2.01 billion and a net profit of €155 million.
Across its portfolio – including beer, water and soft drinks – the company also reported an increase in sales volume.
The UK continued to perform strongly, with Damm UK producing and selling 19% more than in the previous year.
Damm said its international strategy remains one of its most important growth drivers, with the company’s brands now present in more than 130 countries and proprietary-brand exports reaching 88 markets.
As part of this international focus, the company launched a new soft drinks production facility in Senegal this year, marking its first manufacturing operation in Africa.
Meanwhile, it continues to invest in the UK through the development of The Damm Eagle Brewery in Bedford.
The company has invested more than €80 million in recent years to increase production capacity there, while also introducing new manufacturing lines and expanding its alcohol-free production.
In its home market, Damm also focused on diversification with the addition of iced tea brand Nestea to its portfolio.
As part of its strategy to strengthen its position in the non-carbonated soft drinks and low & no categories, the addition of Nestea reflects the company’s broader ambition to diversify beyond alcoholic beverages.
Approaching its 150th anniversary, Damm also announced its goal of doubling revenue by 2030.
Demetrio Carceller Arce, executive chairman at Damm, said: “Our international strategy focus is to get closer to the markets in which we operate, increase our ability to produce locally and respond more effectively to the needs of customers and consumers.
Establishing our first manufacturing operation in Africa is a significant step forward in that journey and together with the strengthening of our UK business, reinforces a growth model that is more local, more agile and adapted to each market.”
Meanwhile, Luke White, MD at Damm, added: “2025 was a great year for Damm UK, as we delivered strong growth, with both sales and volume up 19%. Furthermore, we grew our private label and contract manufacturing business by 34%. We also created 40 new jobs.
“This solid business performance demonstrates the strength of our successful UK strategy, following sustained investment in the Damm Eagle Brewery which has seen the rise of Estrella Damm and our wider portfolio, as well as driving industry awareness around Damm UK.”
