Curious Vines – the diversity non-profit organisation founded by Queena Wong – has launched a social media campaign to illustrate the impact it has made in the trade.

The Advocacy to Action campaign features a cohort of influential figures across the wine industry sharing their views on the work of Curious Vines.

The figures already revealed include Jancis Robinson OBE MW, Adrianna Catena, Maria Boumpa, Libby Brodie and Sarah Benson MW.

Curious Vines said that more wine writers, winemakers, communicators, consultants, sommeliers and wine buyers will be featured over the four-week campaign.

On the work and impact of Curious Vines, Wong said: “Transforming the culture of wine requires bold leadership, commitment, and the courage to challenge the status quo. We are now seeing the impact of our efforts to create more inclusive and welcoming spaces. Now we need to ensure continuity of these efforts as meaningful change takes time. Industry leaders have the opportunity to help shape a safe, equitable and future-ready wine world. Let’s move forward – together – and turn this progress into a lasting legacy.”

The campaign was created by Effi Tsournava and is live on Instagram and LinkedIn.
