Beer and cider brand Hawkstone has announced that it is expanding into Europe.
As of yesterday, its products can now be purchased in France, Germany, Spain, Italy, Belgium, the Netherlands, Austria, Denmark and Finland.
Founded by television presenter and farmer Jeremy Clarkson, the brand sold 2.5 million pints online in 2025.
It was also recognised as the fastest-growing beer brand by the Sunday Times 100 and last year became the most-followed beer and cider brand on Instagram.
Now focused on expansion, Hawkstone said the move into Europe marks a significant milestone, fulfilling international demand. It also hinted at new launches in 2026.
According to Companies House results, this news follows a successful financial year at Hawkstone, with profits almost tripling.
At the same time, the number of people employed by the brewery also jumped from 28 to 53, in the year ending March 2025.
On the expansion, Owen Jenkins, MD at Hawkstone, said: “For what feels like an eternity, people across Europe have been asking when they can get their hands on Hawkstone. Well, the day has finally come.
“We’re not just exporting beer and lager; we’re exporting a piece of the British countryside, a bit of belligerence, and some bloody good lager. To our new European friends, I say: you’re welcome.”
