Chase Distillery is extending its spirits expertise into the emerging seltzer category with an RTD range called Chase’s Gin Seltzers.

The trio of drinks blends Chase Gin with sparkling water, sourced on the family farm, and with no artificial ingredients.

The natural botanical flavours include Pink Grapefruit and Pomelo, Seville Orange, and London Dry & Lemon gin.

The producer aims to tap into the “active Millennial demographic”, a group that is seeking drinks that are “big on flavour that also complement a healthy, wellness-driven lifestyle”.

Each can is 89 calories per 25cl. The range will initially be sold via the producer’s web shop, offering consumers a trial three-pack for £7.50 or a 12-pack case for £30.

James Chase, director, said he was inspired after witnessing the popularity of this category when living in the USA, before returning home to find the wellness scene booming.

He said: “Consumers are becoming increasingly health-conscious, and for those seeking a low-calorie alternative to wine, beer and cider, chase’s Gin Seltzers are ideal.
