Bestway Wholesale has launched its World Cup campaign across all of its UK depots, offering promotions on items such as beer packs and soft drinks in an effort to boost sales among food and drinks retailers. 

Following on from Bestway’s Platinum Jubilee and summer campaigns, Bestway has transformed its depots to mimic the World Cup stadium. The stadiums will feature 23 major supplier brands and their World Cup products, as well as advertising boards and promotional product pallets.

The campaign is supported by a series of competitions, with participating retailers able to win a selection of prizes during the four-week campaign. 

Kenton Burchell, trading director for Bestway Wholesale, said: “The World Cup presents a huge sales opportunity as consumers will be looking to elevate their at-home viewing with drinks and snacks.

The campaign will also be promoted on Bestway’s digital platforms, alongside advice for retailers looking to maximise World Cup sales.
