B Corp-certified port producer Symington Family Estates has introduced a new look for its Graham’s brand, with packaging changes designed to reduce its environmental impact.

The refresh includes 19.6% lighter bottles that reduce Symington’s overall carbon footprint by 2% and fully recyclable presentation tubes.

Labels and cartons are in four distinctive colours inspired by each port’s flavour profile: “powder blue” for The Tawny, “blushed coral” for 10 Year Old, “warm butternut” for 20 Year Old and “dusty lilac” for 30 Year Old.

Head of marketing Charlotte Symington said: “The aged tawny category continues to be one of the fastest-growing in port and we wanted to give each wine a visual identity that reflects its individual personality.

“Following on from the launch of Graham’s 40, 50 and 80 Year Old tawny ports, this new and vibrant presentation allows the whole collection to be as expressive as the wines themselves, while also building on our commitment to sustainability and innovation, and helping to push the category forward.”
