23 April, 2018

Armit Wines has appointed James White to head up its London sales operations.

White will join Armit on May 21 as its Head of London Sales, leading both the on and off-trade arms of the business. He moves from Liberty Wines where he has been a sales manager in the on trade for the past eight years.

Kirsten Kilby, managing director, said: “I am thrilled to welcome James to our senior management team. He brings a wealth of expertise to Armit Wines and his appointment ensures that we will continue to grow our customer base in London. We are actively investing with a view to developing our business and furthering our reach. With careful targeting, prospecting and natural growth, I look forward to seeing James place our global roll call of exceptional wines throughout the rest of this year and in the years ahead.”

Prior to joining Liberty Wines White also held roles with Matthew Clark and Majestic. He holds a WSET Diploma.
