A Missouri-based spirits company has acquires a stake in an Irish liqueur firm and has plans to build a distillery in the city of Derry.

Niche Drinks already makes Saint Brendan’s Irish Cream and The Quiet Man Irish Whiskey, and now Luxco from St Louis has plans to invest in growing capacity and brand awareness for Niche’s brands.
