Kopparberg makes sweet addition to its portfolio

Kopparberg has introduced a new variant, which will be exclusively available in Asda stores until August 2018.

Kopparberg Sweet Apple is described as an easy drinking cider, which balances the taste of sweet apples with a subtle honeyed aroma.

The newcomer will be available in 50cl bottles and multipacks of 10x33cl cans. Sweet Apple, which is 4% abv, is the second fruit cider variant to be launched this year, following the rollout of Blueberry & Lime earlier in the summer.

Rob Salvesen, senior marketing manager, said: “We at Kopparberg have identified that there are a limited number of options for consumers within the apple cider category. We welcome Kopparberg Sweet Apple as a fantastic addition to our ever-growing fruit cider family, offering consumers a sweeter profile that what is currently available.”

The 50cl bottles will be priced at £2.09 each, which the multipacks will be £10.49.
