Jon Fleming has been appointed sales manager; he has a background in global conference sales. And Laura-Marie Taylor-Stoakes joins the team from Arblaster & Clarke as international sales manager.

The fourth newcomer is Jamie Hough, previously at Majestic, who has the role of sales executive.

Amanda Mansergh and Hannah Webb will continue to head up the operations team; the paid have a combined 40 years’ worth of experience working on the show.
