Quintessential introduces Champs-Alizé sparkling wine infusion

Quintessential Brands is introducing a sparkling wine infusion called Champs-Alizé to its French liqueur brand Alizé.

The newcomer which is described as being “premium, stylish and a fruity serve,” is being introduced by Quintessential to tap into the growing trend for sparkling wine and the growing popularity of wine-based cocktails among the target audience of young professional women,

Champs-Alizé comes in two flavours: Passion Fruit and Rose & Strawberry. Each are presented in 20cl single-serve bottles, priced at £3 each. The drink has a low abv of 5.5%.

Enzo Visone, chairman and co-founder of Quintessential Brands, said: “We are delighted to be extending the Alizé range with the launch of Champs-Alizé. With its eye-catching look, premium fruity flavour profiles and easy serve format, there’s great potential for the brand in the off-trade, as we are confident our customers will see during the festive season.”

The drink is produced in the South of France and it is the first brand extension for Alizé since the brand was create in 1984. The core range includes many flavours such as Gold Passion, the original passion fruit variant; red Passion, flavoured with cranberries; and Bleu Passion, mixed with cherry and ginger.
