Bottega prosecco links with Westfield for catwalk events

Italian sparkling wine brand Bottega is linking up with two fashion and beauty events at Westfield shopping centres in London.

The brand will carry out sampling, on- and off-premises sales at the On Trend events at Westfield London on September 15-17 and Westfield Stratford City on September 22-24.

The events will feature hourly catwalk shows and pop-ups by Elle, Cosmopolitan and Esquire magazines.

Bottega Gold prosecco will be additionally supported by branding and videos on digital screens for a two-week period.

The brand’s supplier said the activity would see the Bottega brand reach an estimated audience of over 5 million people.

Clare Morris, brand manager at Catalyst Brands, said: “The UK is still a fairly young market for Bottega Gold and On Trend provides a fantastic opportunity for exposure and to engage directly with our target audience.”

The partnership between Bottega and Westfield On Trend was arranged by independent marketing and communications company Slam Communications.
