Savanna sponsors Saracens in alliterative association

25 August, 2017

Reigning European champions Saracens are now sponsored by South African cider brand Savanna Dry.

The partnership will see Savanna featured on the Saracens jersey alongside Allianz, CME Group and Betsafe.

Joseph Walsh, commercial director at brand owner Distell, said: “We believe Saracens and Savanna are a perfect fit, with close connections to both South Africa and the UK with roots firmly established in both countries. We are also both unapologetically ambitious to succeed across the UK and Europe.

“This partnership will give Savanna a real opportunity to showcase our brand to a wider UK consumer audience thanks to Saracens strong fan base and wider sporting appeal.”

Savanna Dry was launched in 1996 and has listings at Tesco, Morrisons, Asda and Sainsbury’s among others.
