Sandford Orchards reveals new brand identity

21 February, 2017

Sandford Orchards Cider has unveiled a new brand identity, which will be rolled out across its full cider range this year.

The new look, which will initially be applied to its Devon Red, Devon Mist and Shaky Bridge ciders, aims to give a more premium feel as well as leveraging the brand’s Devon provenance.

Barny Butterfield, owner and founder of Sandford Orchards, said: “We put a lot of thought and research into the new look and we’re so pleased with the results. It gives the range a really nice cohesion and there is a lot more information for consumers on the bottle now like apple varieties, specific gravity and food pairing options. All the sorts of things premium cider drinks are now looking for.

“We feel very proud as one of the architects of the craft cider movement, taking care to make cider in a truly artisan way – seeing the global brands also having a go at authenticity now is clear evidence that the consumer wants provenance and quality.”
