Waitrose expands in-store draft beer pump concept

01 July, 2016

Waitrose has installed its draft beer pump concept into a second store.

The retailer opened its first store in Worcester this week; the outlet will be within the top ten largest Waitrose stores in the UK.

Darryl Hinksman, Purity Brewing Company's director of sales, said: "Shoppers will be able to enjoy two different styles of beer as we will be alternating them between Longhorn; an American style rye IPA, and Lawless; an unfiltered hoppy lager, currently gold medal holder from the 2015 World Beer Awards for best German style Pilsner."
