Bottle Apostle to open fifth store

10 July, 2015

London wine merchant Bottle Apostle is set to open a fifth store in Primrose Hill this month.

The retailer opened a fourth store in East Village, the site of the London 2012 Olympic Games, in May and also has sites in Clapham, Crouch End and Victoria Park.

The Primrose Hill store will open on July 18, offering a range of 550 wines along with craft beers, spirits and sakes.

Sixteen wines will be available for shoppers to sample via Enomatic machines, while the rest of the bottles are colour coded and come with food pairings. In-store tutored tastings and themed events will aim to attract consumers and create a buzz in the area.

To celebrate the opening day, Bottle Apostle, will host a prize giveaway to its first 50 customers. Prizes include a jeroboam of Paul Dethune Champagne, an array of magnums and a bottle of 10 year old Armagnac, along with donations from neighbouring stores.
