James Clay to lead Left Hand push in the UK market

27 August, 2014

Colorado-based US brewer Left Hand is aiming to expand its presence on the UK market in a distribution partnership with James Clay.

It has also appointed its first UK-based brewery rep, Sharona Selby, to represent the brand.

Clay will ship the brewer’s core lines of Milk Stout, Black Jack Porter and Polestar Pilsner, along with limited releases of Milk Stout Nitro, 400 Pound Monkey IPA, Stranger Pale Ale and Sawtooth Ale.

Online retailer Beer Hawk is selling a mixed case of Milk Stout, Polestar and Black Jack. Left Hand beers are also being listed by Whole Foods.

Chris Lennert, Left Hand’s vice president of operations, said: “We have been fortunate to have presence over the years in mainland Europe.

“Our partnership with James Clay will provide us an established distribution in the UK and set us on the right path for years to come.”
