Jim Beam Maple gets a UK release

14 July, 2014

Jim Beam has given a UK launch to a Maple style of the well-known bourbon brand, nearly a year after it was launched in the US.

It is being introduced to the UK as a limited edition, with an rrp of £19.99. The whiskey bottled at 35% abv.

Jim Beam Maple is made with four-year-old bourbon, infused with maple and aged in oak barrels.

The bourbon brand has already launched Jim Beam Honey in the UK and added the premium Signature Craft sub-brand earlier this year.

Eileen Livingston, Maxxium UK’s marketing controller for imported whiskey, said: “Jim Beam Honey was the first-to-market honey-infused bourbon and now, with Jim Beam Maple, we will again stir up fresh interest and broaden the appeal among young adults who may not previously have considered bourbon.”
