Cider festival in a box from Bristol retailer

Bristol Cider Shop has begun offering a Cider Festival in a Box service to on-trade customers in a bid to build custom during the World Cup.

The idea is to supply venues with products and tasting notes to give them everything they need to run their own cider festival.

“A lot of publicans and festival organisers are absolute experts when it comes to beer but they don’t necessarily have the same background in cider,” said co-owner Peter Snowman. “That’s where we come in.”

The service is available across the UK and festivals supplied will be publicised on Bristol Cider Shop’s website and social media feeds.

Bristol Cider Shop is a serial finalist in the independent cider retailing category of OLN’s Drinks Retailing Awards.

Few things can bring communal pleasure so intimately as wine. Apart from a hot tub, perhaps.
