Support drinks trade members in need this Christmas

23 October, 2013

Drinks trade charity The Benevolent is hosting a Christmas Ceilidh on November 28 and urged industry figures to sign up for an evening of Scottish-inspired dancing, food and drink.

All proceeds will support members of the drinks industry in need this Christmas.

Guests will enjoy wines from Chilean estate Santa Rita and a selection of whiskies provided by Pernod Ricard UK.

The charity said: “The Ceilidh will be accompanied by expert caller Mary Panton who will go through all the steps as the Ceilidh Band brings the dance-floor alive with their energetic tunes. Whether you have attended numerous Ceilidhs before or this is your first one you will have a fantastic time on the dance floor.”

The event will be held at Toynbee Hall, near Aldgate East tube station in London from 6.30pm.

Tickets are £40 for Benevolent members and £45 for non-members, and include all wine, whisky and food served on the evening.
