Cirencester opening for Oxford Wine

24 April, 2012

Oxford Wine Co opens its fourth store on Friday.

The winner of Independent Wine Merchant of the Year category in OLN’s Drinks Retailing Awards this year, will add the branch in Cirencester, Gloucestershire, to an estate which comprises its head office store in Standlake, Oxfordshire, and shops in Oxford and Tetbury, also in Gloucestershire.

The Cirencester branch will be managed by MW student Nikki Jarrett who will run regular informal wine tastings and other events.

Managing director Ted Sandbach said: “It is well-situated in the town and is a very large and characterful space.

“Cirencester is a busy, bustling town and the shop, together with out presence in Tetbury, will establish us as major player in the Cotswolds.”
