African lager supports conservation charity

Wildlife charity, the Tusk Trust is to benefit from sales of East African lager brand, Tusker.

For every bottle of the lager sold in Tesco before Christmas, 10p will be donated to the charity which provides practical, logistical and financial support to 17 wildlife conservation projects in Africa.

Tusker’s UK distributor Peter Karsten said: “We are thrilled that Tesco will be stocking Tusker and it just goes to show the quality of this African original lager. We are also hoping that we can generate significant sales and raise as much money as possible for the Tusk Trust to help the invaluable work it carries out in Africa.”

Tusker lager will go on sale in 500ml bottles in Tesco with an rrp of £1.49.
