Consumers are a little cautious about Greek wines but they offer big opportunities for retailers. The quality has got so much better and everything about Greek wines is unique. To be competitive it's important Greek wines aren't boxed into being matched with Greek food. In the

States it's fine to put them in an ethnic box because the country has a much bigger indigenous Greek population, but in the UK they should be sold to drink with any food.
