Thresher Group sells 45 shops

Thresher Group is selling 45 off-licences as part of a review of its estate.

The leasehold properties are a mix of Threshers, Haddows, Victoria Wine, The Local and Drinks Cabin fascias in England, Scotland and north Wales.

Guide prices range from 5,000 for shops in West Lothian and Edinburgh to 30,000 for shops in Tetbury in Gloucestershire, Southampton, south-east London and Morden and Staines in Surrey. Each sale will include fixtures and fittings, but till systems and signage unique to Thresher Group are excluded.

Employment law means new owners will be obliged to offer existing shop staff jobs when the business is transferred.
