New premium food brand Mrs Beeton's Rediscovered is launching a range of ice cream inspired by great British puddings and traditional flavours.

Made in Yorkshire using

double cream from a herd of 500 Guernsey cows, the range includes Apple Crumble, Old English Toffee, Ginger and Rum & Raisin.

Tony Corscadden, managing director of Mrs Beeton's Foods, said: "We know that consumer purchasing habits are changing and we have considered these changes in developing our range.

"We believe that the Mrs Beeton's Rediscovered brand will instil confidence in the customer from the outset with its quality ingredients, fewer food miles, and support for the British farmer, not to mention the wonderful taste."
