Grant's to target Classic FM listeners

05 November, 2007

Scotch whisky brand, Grantís is sponsoring radio station Classic FM this December as part of promotional activity for Christmas.

The blended whisky brand will advertise on air and on the radio stationís website in a bid to target drinkers aged 40 and over.

Mark Collins, brand manager for Grantís said: ďOver 2.3 million Classic FM listeners regularly enjoy a glass of whisky, so we are also looking to convert whisky drinkers who donít currently consider Grantís a part of their blended whisky repertoire.Ē

Distributor First Drinks will also be offering 350,000 premium gift boxes with bottles of Grantís Family Reserve and will send out special display units and POS to retailers.

Collins added: ďOur objective is to motivate target drinkers to choose a bottle of Grantís Ė whether for personal consumption or as a gift Ė over the Christmas period.Ē
