08 February, 2008

Constellation Europe has finalised a deal to buy South African winery, Flagstone.

The deal, first struck in October last year, will see Constellation make a significant investment in the South African wine industry.

Flagstone's renowned winemaker Bruce Jack will now oversee the viticulture and wine-making for all of Constellation's South African wine brands, including number one brand, Kumala.
