French gin joins vodka for Gireau

04 April, 2008

The Gireau Corporation is introducing a French gin in the UK following the launch of a vodka last year.

Both the spirits are made in France from 100% French ingredients and distilled four times.

Gireau Premium French Gin is made from pure grain wheat and spring water, with the addition of juniper berry extract.

A spokesman said the spirits were designed for sipping, either over ice or from the freezer.

Gireau Premium French Vodka and Premium French Gin will be available to taste at Distil next month.

Visitors to the stand at the London show will also be invited to enter a free prize draw to win dinner for two at the Malmaison hotel of their choice.
