Bacchanalia opens London showroom

18 April, 2008

Spanish wine importer Bacchanalia TWS has set up a tasting showroom in London, with plans to open a shop in the future.

Situated on the River Thames, the showroom will enable guests from corporate businesses and independent wine merchants to taste a range of single estate wines produced by partner Haciendas de España Wine Estates & Hotels.

Wines in the Bacchanalia TWS portfolio include Marques de la Concordia, Durius, Marques de Monistrol and Vega de la Reina brands.

Bacchanalia was founded in 1996 to offer members exclusive wine and food holidays. The aim of a UK showroom is to "duplicate what we have in Spain ," according to managing director Alex Francis .
