Retailers can build sustainability into everything they do. Smaller shops can encourage customers to use the car less, they

use less packaging,

have lower energy consumption

and can do local sourcing .

They also have a closer relationship with customers, so can help people develop cleaner living. By being greener and working together we can solve this big problem of damaging the Earth and stop climate change .
