The second biggest wine supplier to the Germany market is investing £4.8 million in the UK this year, and will follow up the launches of German Pinot Blanc Palatium and Chilean Viña Zamporia with new wines from France and Spain in 2008.

Packaging initiatives, recyclability and driving value over volume are priorities for the company, and it plans to grow its UK sales and marketing function in the coming year.

Lifting the spirits

I were to sum up alcohol sales over Christmas 2017 in one word, it would be “gin”.
