Gordon's back on the case for Diageo

Gordon's gin is continuing its association with Gordon Ramsay with the launch of a £3.5 million marketing campaign .

It includes press, outdoor, digital and poster advertising, which began this week and will run until June 2009.

The Diageo brand is also sponsoring the new series of Ramsay's Kitchen Nightmares.

The messages in the print and outdoor ads will feature Ramsay quotes such as "I always leave a tip. Serve Gordon's" and " My tongue might be sharp, but my gin isn't".

Diageo GB gin marketing manager Kathy Sawtell said: " We're extremely pleased that we can continue our partnership and hope

the new campaign will help to build on the success of last year whil e creating additional sales opportunities for retailers."

A new website for the brand will appear

this month, featuring advice from Ramsay on how to make the definitive gin and tonic, and offering prizes and special discounts.
