Cadbury ad s get twisted

03 October, 2008

Cadbury's Creme Egg Twisted chocolate bar will be back on TV screens this month as part of a 1.5 million marketing push.

The

ad runs from Oct 6 with the strap

"It's no Creme Egg

... it's Twisted".

It shows an animated Twisted bar emerging from the wreckage of an exploded Creme Egg and causing mayhem "in a mission to release the goo".

A Halloween

sampling campaign will also take place at the end of the month. Cadbury

described Twisted

as its "biggest chocolate innovation this year" and said

the chocolate bar version of its

Creme Egg would give the brand

year-round appeal.

Trade communications manager Kate Harding added: "Since the launch in May, it

has been received extremely well , with retail sales value of 10.8 million."
