Lambrini nets deal with Doyle

Perry brand Lambrini has teamed up with Kirsty Doyle, previous winner of fashion show Project Catwalk.

She will be part of a promotional campaign built round the seasonal theme of Desperately Seeking Sparkle.

The promotion will feature in women's magazines such as Ok! and Company and winners will get a Kirsty Doyle makeover.

A spokeswoman said: "The campaign will be underpinned by a major push online designed to reach the core Lambrini audience who are heavy internet users."

Few things can bring communal pleasure so intimately as wine. Apart from a hot tub, perhaps. Sport can trigger mass jubilation, film gives us shared empathy, but wine has a nigh-unique ability to bestow conviviality among us through a shared bottle – which makes it especially galling that we spend so much time divided over it.
