Yali relaunches Reserva range

10 April, 2009

Viña Ventisquero's environmentally friendly Yali brand has relaunched its Reserve range under the name National Reserva, after the state-protected El Yali wetland zone.

The six-strong, £6.99-priced range is targeted at the off-trade

and includes a Cabernet Sauvignon, Chardonnay, Carmenère, Merlot, Sauvignon Blanc

and Shiraz.

New-look white front labels feature a drawing of an area of the wetland and small embossed gold birds. The back label explains the company's involvement in the Yali wetland conservation project.

Sales director Américo Hernández said: "The Yali wines

embody our commitment to environmental practices. The range is

available in lightweight bottles

and the CO ² emissions on

transportation

have been offset via a programme with Climatecare."
